I wanted to take a moment to Thank you and your staff. Especially Dale. I called there Saturday morning needing seed and fertilizer and I explained to him that my dad would be picking it up for me. I explained to Dale that my dad is 73 and on very high oxygen and cannot walk good and cannot lift any of the bags (even though he thinks he still can and wants to). Dale ensured me that he would take care of my dad and I had nothing to worry about but I still do because my dad helped me start my business and has been by my side from the first day and he is still there by my side today even though I know he is struggling. (its where he wants to be) When my dad arrived, Dale went out of his way to hurry to ensure my dad didn’t even have to get out of the truck if he didn’t want, got him loaded and on his way. My dad was telling me how Dale got him loaded and explained that it was no problem, paperwork is taken care of and they were there for him anytime. Dad said you just don’t see that anymore and he is right! You don’t see people in businesses genuinely caring about the health and wellness and satisfaction of the customer. Sharpe’s does and it shows in all the employees there that we have interacted with.

I’ve bought several things from them such as:
Stihl hedge trimmer, Toro 52in Grandstand, Toro stand on aerator.
All total I’ve spent near $18,000 with them and will continue to do so! There service department is top notch as well as the mechanics. I recently brought a Ryan 28 aerator to them for a full service as well as tines and new tires. The mechanic fabricated a heat shield for the muffler that looks better than the original and he also replaced misc. bolts where he saw fit. Now my aerator runs like a new one. All of this was only $400 an in a 3 week turn around time.

I bought a used mower. Started making a noise after only 2 times using it. I paid for the pulley and he ate the Labor. Something he did not have to do.

Had an old Echo chain saw service. Was good with price and results. Also bought a high end backpack Stihl Blower. Was normal Stihl prices. Bottom line is I would use their service and buy Stihl from them.

Bought a Bobcat XRZ last season (2016). Took it in for a service (2017) and was treated like a king. Best mower I’ve ever owned! Awesome service! Thank you Sharpe’s Lawn!
